Aims & Objectives
   
 
  • The programme is aimed at preparing a crop of candidates from which most science related departments of Anambra State University can draw to meet their admission quota. 60/40 admission ratio (Science, Engineering, Environmental Sciences Anatomy, Physiology and Medicine)
 
 
  • The programme is designed for candidates who wish to remedy the deficiencies in the department of their choice but who already have the minimum university entry requirement which is five credits. For example, a candidate who intends to study Geology, Electrical/Electronics department requires a credit in Physics, but the candidate had a fail or pass in his/her S.S.C.E / WAEC / GCE / NECO result; this deficiency is automatically remedied if the candidate scores 50% and above inn the pre-science qualifying physics examination.
  • The programme is also geared towards helping the candidate to prepare for JAMB examination into science or science related departments of other universities of their choice.
